Isle of Harris Gin is a premium craft gin produced at the Isle of Harris Distillery in the Outer Hebrides. This complex, maritime gin is produced in a small copper gin still which sits alongside Isle of Harris`s larger whisky-making stills. The key ingredient is local, hand-harvested sugar kelp, which is joined by seven other selected botanicals. juniper, coriander seeds, cubebs, cassia bark, angelica root, bitter orange peel and liquorice root.
