This is a 25-year-old single malt that was produced by an undisclosed distillery on the Isle of Islay and bottled independently by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The nose has a smoky and maritime character, with a pleasant sweetness from dried fruits or raisins. The palate plays with savoury and sweet notes, some citrus fruit, bananas and a hint of wood.
