Hundred Acre Ark Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the Howell Mountain AVA of California. Founded by former investment banker Jayson Woodbridge, Hundred Acre is one of the most exciting projects to have emerged in Napa in the past 20 years, focusing on crafting single-vineyard wines with an emphasis on quality (Jayson`s Wraith was the first ever to receive 100 points for the first three consecutive vintages). The wines are generally aged for at least 30 months in tight-grained barriques before bottling. "Medium garnet coloured, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Ark Vineyard leaps from the glass with red roses, raspberry leaves and kirsch with a cassis and blackberry core plus hints of anise, Indian spices and florals. The palate is full-bodied with plenty of perfumed fruit and a satiny texture, finishing with incredible energy." Wine Advocate, 2018
