Colgin Tychson Hill 2006 is a refined Cabernet Sauvignon from Colgin Cellars, a producer known for its meticulous focus on vineyard expression in Napa Valley. The Tychson Hill vineyard, named after Napa pioneer Josephine Tychson, was one of Colgin’s earliest acquisitions in the 1990s. The 2006 vintage offers a deep, layered profile of blackcurrant, plum, and hints of spice, underpinned by fine-grained tannins and well-integrated oak. Its structure and balance highlight the vineyard’s unique terroir. Founded in 1992 by Ann Colgin and Joe Wender, Colgin Cellars remains dedicated to producing small-lot wines that capture the essence of their estate sites.
