Founded in 1906 and located just outside Turin, the Hotel Starlino Distillery offers a fresh vermouth range, which comes in old-fashioned apothecary-style bottles. Their Rosso Vermouth is a classic red Vermouth di Torino, based on a blend of Italian white wines. Ansonica, Catarratto and Marsala. The vermouth is aged for 30 days in Kentucky bourbon barrels which impart vanilla and spicy flavours.
