Holden Manz Elysium 2018 is a red wine produced by the Holden Manz Wine Estate, located in the Franschhoek Valley of South Africa. The estate, nestled between the Franschhoek and Stony Brook rivers, is known for its high-quality wines and stunning landscapes. The second vintage of this unique co-fermented wine is only possible due to the rare occurrence of Merlot and Syrah ripening at the same time on the Holden Manz farm. The blend was matured in new French oak barrels for 24 months and only 800 bottles were produced.
