Baked in traditional adobe brick ovens, this Añejo is aged for 3 years in American oak barrels before bottling. The nose is rich and dense, boasting milk chocolate, allspice, bananas, caramel, butterscotch and brown butter. The palate is sweet and lush, but surprisingly bright and gentle with cinnamon, clove, charcoal and a hint of lemon zest.
