The NV Rosé from Henriot is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. On the nose, there is characteristic freshness but an abundance of red and dark berry aromas. The palate is intensely flavoured with sour cherry, grapefruit and clovey spice culminating in a lingering finish with a hint of sweetness.
