The Hearach Isle of Harris Single Malt is a no-age-statement single malt whisky produced at the Isle of Harris Distillery. The first, historic single malt whisky from the Isle of Harris, The Hearach seeks to revive the distilling traditions lost during the Pabbay clearances of the 1840s. This lightly peated dram is produced from 100% Scottish Concerto Barley and is matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon casks (Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace), ex-oloroso Sherry Butts and ex-fino Sherry butts.
