Grappa Jacopo Poli Po`di Poli Elegante is a small-batch, artisan grappa produced from the marc of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes in Schiavon, in the Veneto region of Italy. Jacopo Poli began producing high-quality craft grappa and other distillates in 1998. The name `Po’ comes from the Italian phrase `un po’ alla volta`, meaning little by little – a reference to the slow and measured process of producing small-batch grappa. A fine, aromatic digestif, Elegante offers up a sumptuous bouquet of roses, lilies and gardenias on a velvety smooth palate.
