The Glenfiddich Janet Sheed Roberts was made in honour of the granddaughter of the founder of the distillery, William Grant. Mrs Roberts was the oldest person in Scotland when she passed away in April of 2012, at the age of 110. Glenfiddich then produced this 55-year-old Scotch to commemorate her life, with one bottle made for each decade of her life.

This collection includes Glenfiddich 55YO Janet Sheed Roberts, Hazelwood 105 Proof, Hazelwood Centennial Reserve & Hazelwood 110 Proof.

Glenfiddich

Founded in Dufftown in 1886 by William Grant, the first whisky ran off the stills at Glenfiddich on Christmas Day in 1887. The distillery is located in the glen of the river Fiddich, a name derived from the Scottish Gaelic Gleann Fhiodhiach or "valley of the deer". Now one of the most famous and best selling single malts in the world, Glenfiddich made their name producing an easy drinking, mellower style of Scottish whisky, epitomised by their iconic 12 year old.

Beyond the core range, a series of limited edition single cask bottlings showcase the age-worthiness of Glenfiddich while a series of experimental bottlings demonstrate the team are not afraid of progress and innovation - see Glenfiddich Orchard Experiment, which is finished in ex-English apple brandy casks and Glenfiddich IPA Finish, which spends time maturing in casks that previously held India Pale Ale.
