Château Giscours is a 3ème Grand Cru Classé property situated in Margaux that has seen significant advances in quality and consistency under the direction of Alexander van Beek, with many proclaiming the 2015 to be one of the estate’s finest releases. A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot, it is intense, complex and incredibly attractive on the nose, with scents of rich black fruits, cedar, wild herbs and pencil lead. On the palate it is medium-bodied, pure-fruited, grainy with tannin and has wonderful tensile minerality.
