Hailing from the Valais region in Switzerland, this Syrah produced by Jean-René Germanier undergoes a maturation period of 24 months in French barriques, with 50% of them being new. It presents a multifaceted nose marked by nuances of dark wild berries, liquorice, pepper, and a touch of mocha. Dark berry fruit and savoury balsamic notes grace the palate, accompanied by discernible yet refined tannins, leading to a lingering finish.
