A sake produced by Konishi Brewing, Japan’s oldest producer founded in 1550 and situated in the Hyogo Prefecture. This expression is a modern-day interpretation of a recipe that was created in the late 17th century - the ‘Edo Genroku’ period. It has a savoury character, revealing notes of oak, tobacco, dark fruits and hints of caramel.
