Geisberg Riesling Trimbach 2018

Domaine Trimbach Geisberg Riesling 2018 is a full-bodied, off-dry white wine from the Grand Cru of Geisberg in the Alsace region of France. Located in the village of Ribeauvillé, Trimbach is one of the most historic winemaking families in Alsace. The estate is now run by the 12th generation of the family, Pierre and Jean. Trimbach is renowned for its restrained, energetic style of Alsatian white wine. In particular the family`s Rieslings possess a laser-like acidity and restrained complexity which may only be revealed slowly over many years of bottle age. On the palate, this is an opulent, dense and baroque-styled Riesling with power, sweetness (just 3.9 grams per litre) and a firm and concentrated finish.
