Domaine Valentin Zusslin Pfingstberg Riesling 2016 is a Grand Cru Riesling from the Alsace region of northern France. Biodynamic since 1997, the Valentin Zusslin estate is located in Orschwihr, halfway between Colmar and Mulhouse. The Pfingstberg vineyard is the domaine`s only Grand Cru and is planted on a mix of limestone and sandstone soil. The 2016 was aged on lees in oak foudres for around 18 months. Full-bodied with aromatic notes of apricots, sweet citrus, flint and oak toast. Enjoy with seafood or white meat dishes.
