Established in 1984, Fox Creek is a well-respected winery in McLaren Vale, where a moderate Mediterranean climate contributes freshness and flavour concentration to signature red grape varieties such as Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. "Medium to full red-purple; rich, ripe blackberry and cassis aromas are mirrored in the palate, which does however dip slightly in the middle, rising again with lingering tannins and subtle oak on the finish."
