From the superb 2018 vintage comes this delicious late-harvested Riesling. Using fruit hand-harvested from the Rauch Erste Lage vineyard, it was vinified 100% in neutral foudre barrels and has 103.5g/L residual sugar. This is a highly terroir-driven wine with complex notes of exotic fruits, smoky minerality and fragrant hints of lily and rose. Focused acidity lends welcome zip and suggests this could be a superb cellaring option.
