Fontodi Meriggio 2022 is a full-bodied white wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the Tuscany region of Italy. Certified organic in the vineyards and combining modern and traditional, low-intervention winemaking techniques in their modern, gravity-fed cellar, Fontodi has become a byword for consistent quality and terroir expression. The estate`s 2022 Meriggio was matured in stainless steel tanks for six months with no malolactic fermentation – in order to preserve the freshness and fruit purity of the wine. 10% of Trebbiano di Toscana was added to the wine. This is a fresh, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with herbaceous citrus and peach notes leading to a lively, mineral-inflected palate.
