Flor de Caña is a family-owned, single-estate rum producer from Nicaragua. In 2018, the distillery became one of the first spirit brands in the world to receive Fairtrade certification. The 18-year-old Centenario Gold is a superb release, exuding notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and spices. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, with an orange peel.
