The first sparkling wine produced by the creators of Miraval Rosé, famously associated with the Hollywood actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The cuvée is produced by the saignée method and composed of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. On the nose, aromas of blood orange, pink grapefruit and sweet pastries lead to a well-balanced palate of elegant flavours including candied citrus peel, almonds and a saline freshness. This is an exclusive champagne with only 20,000 bottles produced of the first edition.
