The estate`s standout red, Finca Rio Negro 5 Año is made from the best plots of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Aged in new oak barrels, predominantly French oak with a smaller percentage of American oak. Opulent on the nose, with black fruit character together with spicy, balsamic nuances from new wood. Powerful and polished on the palate, with silky tannins and a long finish.
