Based in Burie, Fanny Fougerat is an independent cognac label first launched in 2013. Marin 2011 is a vintage Fins Bois created from two different barrels that underwent two different toasting procedures in order to retain the cognac`s aromas and minerality. Expect fresh fruit on the nose, including pears, apples and peaches. On the palate there is rich shortbread, stone fruits, vanilla and almonds.
