Evening Land is the terroir-driven winemaking project of Sashi Moorman and Rajat Parr in Eola-Amity. Seven Springs Summum Chardonnay is their top white wine and is produced from a single, biodynamically farmed vineyard of Chardonnay planted by in 1984 by Dominique Lafon. "Shows dimension and presence, with elegantly multilayered flavours of Meyer lemon, apple skin, yeasty lees and crushed stone that gather richness and steely opulence on the lingering finish."
