Founded in 1970, Epris Distillery is a large, highly industrialized distillery in São Roque, 20 miles west of São Paulo. This Brazilian rum was aged for 11 years in oak and bottled by That Boutique-y Rum Co from a single cask at cask strength. Expect notes of fresh fruits, menthol and vanilla with mineral undertones.
