Meaning `the greatest` in Spanish, El Mayor is made at the Gonzãlez family-owned distillery, which is overseen by Rodolfo Gonzãlez. Like all expressions from the range, the Añejo Cristalino is made with 100% estate-grown blue agave from the valley area of Jalisco. The spirit has been aged for a minimum of 12 months and filtered using ultra fine charcoal. A crisp and complex tequila, with notes of dry fruits, vanilla and oak.
