El Jogorio is an initiative from the Cortés family who in 2010 began building a collective of top mezcal distillers from around Oaxaca. Each batch of this expression uses Espadín from different remote areas, and some batches have been aged for many years in glass. Expect a sharp, herbaceous flavour profile with hints of citrus fruit, smoke and mineral elements.
