Blended using distillate from El Dorado`s Enmore & Diamond Coffey stills & Port Mourant pot still, this rum is then filled into old Bourbon casks for 12 years of slow ageing.
A mellow, rounded rum with flavours of dried fruit, caramel, honey & dark sugar - beautiful served straight, on the rocks or in a Mai Tai cocktail.
