El Destilado Wild Fermented Rum

El Destilado is a London-based joint venture between Michael Sager of Sager + Wilde, Alex Wolpert of East London Liquor Company and independent creative director/ photographer Charlie McKay. The company imports and bottles a diverse selection of spirits, including this wild fermented rum from Oaxaca, Mexico. Made from high-altitude, hand-harvest Java sugar cane, this is a delicate rum, with floral aromas and grassy undertones.
