Einat 4 Cats 2019 is a kosher, Bordeaux-style red wine produced in Samaria, Israel. This elegant, full-bodied red wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The vineyards from which the fruit is sourced are located at 850m above sea level in the Samaria mountains. The grapes were harvested by hand, and the wine spent 18 months in French oak barrels. Expect notes of plum, cassis, candied violets, vanilla and oak spice.
