Egly-Ouriet is a family-owned Champagne estate covering approximately 9 hectares of vineyards, which are mostly Grand Cru plots in Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay. This is their Vielleisement Prolongé – meaning ‘extended ageing’ – cuvée, a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, both sourced from Grand Cru villages. The wine was cellared for a minimum of seven years before disgorgement, showing extraordinary depth and complexity.
