First launched in 2010, the Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur is made from seasonal rhubarb stalks, which are macerated with oriental ginger and an additional touch of lemon zest. This preparation is then infused into Edinburgh Gin, producing a beautifully aromatic spirit, displaying a striking pink colour. An excellent ingredient for summer cocktails.
