Drappier is one of the very few champagne houses producing a pink cuvée by the saignée method. Several days of maceration give this rosé an intense colour, powered by Pinot Noir grapes. On the nose, there are notes of red fruits, citrus and violet, with a lightly spiced accent. Receiving only a light dosage, the palate is remarkably expressive and fresh, with subtle traces of liquorice. The finish is dry and crisp.
