A delicate tequila, Don Fulano ages its agaves for 10 years, after which they are carefully selected before being harvested. The new spirit is rested for 60 days in stainless steel before being bottled. Elegant on the nose with notes of black peppery, butterscotch and freshly cooked agave on the nose. The palate is peppery with herbal notes of aniseed, rosemary and spearmint. The finish is long with yet more herbal flourishes and a touch of vanilla sweetness.
