This is the only wine produced by Pierluigi Zampaglione, so you can expect something quite special. Made from organically grown Fiano grapes, the wine went through spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and maceration for more than 10 days. The nose has fine aromas of hay, white peach, citrus and some sea salt. Pair it with crispy squid with harissa mayonnaise or vegetable gyoza.
