This is a traditionally made mezcal from Don Amado, whose history dates back to the 1700s, and is the flagship of the Real de Minas Distillery. It`s made using the traditional method of slowly roasting Espadin maguey hearts and then distilling them in copper pot stills. A lighter mezcal with citrus notes, caramel and butterscotch.
