‘Dominó’ is a red wine from the Alentejo region in Portugal, produced by the talented winemaking duo Vitor Claro – a former chef – and Rita Ferreira. It is a blend of indigenous grapes, including Grand Noir, Aragonés, Trincadeira, Arinto and Tamarez. The soils are a mixture of clay and granite. The vineyard Salão Frio is quite diverse, with some vines facing north and others facing south. Only 2,200 bottles were produced.
