Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer originally from Alsace and it is currently owned by Louis Roederer. Domaines Ott consists of three estates, two in the Côtes de Provence – Chateau de Selle and Clos Mireille, and Chateau Romassan in Bandol. Étoile 2022 is a blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre, which are vinified in stainless-steel tanks. A truly gastronomic rosé, boasting notes of raspberries, citrus fruit, peaches and toasted almonds.
