Dom Perignon 1983
Despite a dubious start, 1983 proved to be a good and reliable vintage, even if slightly overshadowed by the success of 1982. Its distinct characteristics can be enjoyed in this bottle of Dom Pérignon, currently at a perfect age. A multi-layered nose, with floral and grassy aromas, hints of grapefruit, caramelized apple, porcini mushrooms and cedarwood. Crisp on the palate, showing a honeyed structure and a berry acidity. The wine finishes with a complex caramel aftertaste.
