Dog Point Chardonnay 2021 is a medium-bodied white wine from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. Dog Point was established in the early 2000s by Ivan Sutherland and James Healy who had previously worked together at Cloudy Bay. Produced from organically farmed Chardonnay grapes, this 2021 iteration was pressed straight into barrels (10% new), where it was matured for 18 months. "Aromas of Meyer lemon, yellow apple, and acacia were followed by sea shell, cheese rind, and a hint of hay and button mushroom. Medium-bodied, refreshing acidity.
