Rum
This is a single vintage rum from renowned Venezuelan producer Diplomatico. After its distillation in 2005, the rum was aged in bourbon and single malt casks for 12 years, during which time it acquired layers of complexity. The liquid spent another 12 months in sherry casks to provide the perfect, smooth finish. Bottled at 43% ABV, this is a truly flavoursome expression, packed with notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruits and spices.
