It is made with a combination of traditional and local botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon peel, orange peel, cubeb berries, cassia bark, and rowan berries, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather. The gin is distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at 42.5% ABV. Dingle Gin is known for its fresh, floral flavour profile, with hints of citrus and spice. It is a versatile gin that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
