Didier Herbert Cuve 4 NV is a non-vintage Champagne produced in Montagne de Reims. Working with 30 parcels in the villages of Rilly la Montagne, Ludes, Verzenay and Mailly, Didier Herbert creates wines with marked structure and complexity. His Cuve 4 is an assemblage of 45% Pinot Noir and 22% Chardonnay, with the remaining 33% composed of wine from a solera dating from 2010 to 2018. With a distinct oak influence, Cuve 4 offers notes of butterscotch, nectarine and flint leading to a long, textured finish.
