A 13 year old Guyanese Rum from the Diamond distillery produced using a wooden still previously used Enmore. A light, fruity nose of dates, ripe banana and tropical melon are joined by a subtle creaminess and a whiff of green coffee bean on the nose. The palate adds fried banana and light brown sugar with a touch of baking spice. The finish is yet more spice and tropical fruit.
