Champagne Demière is situated in Fleury-la-Rivière, on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne in the historic heartland of the Champagne region. The 2012 Lysandre is a blend of the traditional Champagne varieties. Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir and offers up beautiful aromatics on the nose following through to a balanced, saline palate and a buttery finish.
