Vesper is a particularly special release from Delamain, with the cognacs used all coming from the Grande Champagne area and having an average age of around 35 years old. After assemblage, the blend is returned to oak casks for another two years to marry. The result is a dense, rich spirit, showing plenty of leather and tobacco notes.
