Established in 1824, Delamain is one of the most prestigious cognac houses. It sources brandy from affiliated distillers in the Grande Champagne region, allowing for a prolonged maturation. This vintage release from 1995 evokes aromas of butterscotch, cocoa, cloves, and Brazil nuts. The palate is fairly mature, combining notes of butterscotch, walnuts, biscuits, and baked apple peel. The finish reveals distinctive mandarin nuances, a hallmark of exceptional aged cognac from the Grand Champagne region.
