De Ferrand 2012

75 cl
£37.80
Château de Ferrand is owned by members of the Chandon family alongside the family of Baron Biche, who are famous for the Bic ballpoint pen, and in recent years has seen significant strides forward in quality and consistency. From the vastly underrated 2012 vintage, this is a blend of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, that is classically medium-bodied and juicy in style but superbly well executed. Perfect for early drinking, this is suitable for drinking from now and over the next 2-5 years.
