Château Cissac is a quintessential Cru Bourgeois classified wine from the Haut-Médoc. The 2009 vintage was widely considered as exceptional and this is a typical blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot and 8% Petit Verdot. It is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins, offering notes of cassis, cedar, tobacco and pencil shavings.
