Domaine d’Auresan is a 5-hectare estate owned and run by the Rozès family. Their vineyards are situated on chalky, clay soils, where they grow mainly Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Folle Blanche for the production of their small-batch armagnacs. This 2001 vintage expression is very elegant both on the nose and on the palate, featuring notes of Mirabelle plums, white peaches and honeysuckle.
